The Governance & Executive Office Coordinator coordinates operations of the Chief Executive Office and provides executive support to the CEO. Serves as a point of coordination and oversight for governance activities for the CEO and Board Chair, including meetings, retreats, Board self-evaluations, annual conflict of interest disclosures, educational sessions, and related documentation and governance records including use of governance portals, for the Augusta Health Board of Directors and related AH board Committees , Augusta Medical Group, and Augusta Health Foundation.
