As a Collection Specialist you will be responsible for locating and establishing contact with consumers, obtaining financial information, and analyzing the best resolution for each consumer. Requirements
- Must have the ability to obtain security clearance necessary to work as a Treasury Collection Specialist
- No written warnings in the last 6 months
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer
- Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
- Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company
- Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions
