Job Title Government Consultant What does a Senior Government Consultant do at Fiserv? As a Senior Government Consultant, you will be part of the Operational Verification and Validation team contracted to the Indiana State Family and Social Services Administration - Division of Family Resources. The Division of Family Resources receives applications and approves eligibility for Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the cash assistance program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).

Requirements

  • Experience in government-related work, applying state-level policies to validate submitted paperwork and/or similar discipline
  • Experience working with data, including but not limited to collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data
  • 5+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience working with and creating reports for executive-level consumption
  • Experience presenting detailed information to key stakeholders
  • Experience with Indiana State Health care and Social Service policies

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality reviews of vendor deliverables with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Analyze error patterns at a macro and micro level - showing an ability to present data-backed findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Serve as main point of contact for contract vendors, maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship.
  • Oversee and produce reporting on vendor activities to be presented to state-level executives.
