This position has primary responsibility for completion of high-level activities for DCG's GPU IP Engineering. The nature of the job varies based on the executive, leadership team and organization's changing needs, and may evolve over time. This position plays a key role in sensing and working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set priorities and understand gaps, also working with other senior executives across DCG and Intel as required. This position provides high-performing, high-potential professionals, with an established technical background, with an opportunity for accelerated business and leadership learning with a unique assignment reporting to, and receiving mentoring directly from, their executive. The GPU IP Engineering Program Manager will report to and directly support Eric Demers, Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the GPU IP Engineering team, along with his direct staff. This role serves as a trusted technical and operational partner, providing insight, coordination, and structure to support the development, integration, and execution of GPU IP across architecture, design, software, and validation. The position is responsible for helping the GM and staff understand the state of IP development, engineering tradeoffs, dependencies, and execution risks, while ensuring effective operating rhythms across the broader GPU IP organization. This includes working closely with engineering leaders to align priorities, identify gaps, and improve the flow of work across architecture, HW/SW codesign, and downstream consumers. This Program Manager will manage staff operations, staff meetings, and technical reviews; develop clear and accurate technical and organizational collateral for internal and external use; and drive crossteam special projects that improve execution, communication, and integration across DCG and partner organizations. The role requires strong working relationships across the data center and engineering ecosystem, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams and represent their needs and constraints effectively. This position requires strong technical fluency and a deep understanding of Intel's technologies, engineering processes, and IP development lifecycle, including architecture definition, HW/SW interfaces, development flows, and delivery milestones. The ability to operate across a wide range of engineering disciplines is essential to ensure the GM is focused on the most critical technical and execution issues. This role plays a key part in sensing the health of the organization-working closely with engineers, architects, and technical leaders to surface issues, set priorities, and close execution gaps-while also coordinating with senior leaders across DCG and Intel as needed to ensure alignment and smooth execution at scale. Other job duties and responsibilities may include: • Driving day to day schedule and execution operation. • Developing strong lateral connections with business groups. • Integrating standard operations functions like operations, HR, Finance, Staffing- working with external teams and customers on planning, reviews, and driving forums for frequent updates.
