Key Responsibilities: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your day-to-day activities will include performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategies, developing automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration. You will participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Automated Software Testing is required. Advanced proficiency in Java is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation, Selenium Webdriver, and System Defect Management is suggested. Develop innovative testing frameworks to enhance automation efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality practices. Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for process enhancement and quality assurance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement cutting-edge testing methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' professional programming experience in an Object Oriented language
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automated software testing
- High School Diploma / GED
- Advanced proficiency in Automated Software Testing
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience with Java
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Selenium WebDriver or equivalent wrapper IE NodeJS
- Advanced proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation, Selenium Webdriver, and System Defect Management
- Knowledge In Jenkins, Git, Maven, IntelliJ, RestAssured, Cucumber, Testing Methodologies
