Requirements
- Valid Connecticut State Department of Education (CTDOE) certification in Elementary Education, PK–6 (305).
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the district's curriculum and best practices in elementary education.

- Foster critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity among students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and standards.
