About The Position

Summary: The Graduate Assistant plays an integral role in shaping the experience of all students and will assist in developing a premier student experience that supports the mission and values of Keuka College within the Department of Student Life with responsibility in Campus Life and HEOP. On-campus residency is required. The Office of Campus Life General Responsibilities Reports directly to the Director of Campus Life. Supervise Residence Hall(s) including the supervision of a Resident Assistant Staff, and assist the professional staff to provide a safe, secure, and educational on-campus living community. Aid in the implementation of the housing selection process. Plan, implement and assess campus programming initiatives. Develop and present, guide, and indirectly oversee fall and spring RA training. Provide administrative support for the Department of Student Life, assisting in the day-to-day operations including but not limited to office hours, staff meetings, 1:1s, student support, and professional development opportunities etc. Support the damage billing process. Attend meetings, training programs, and events as required. Assist with New Student Orientation (both Fall and Spring). Execute and attend Campus Activities Board Events. Assist with student leader hiring. Serve in an on-call duty rotation. Perform other functions as assigned by management.   • Must be enrolled in a Keuka College Graduate Program.

  • Meet a physical requirement of occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
