About The Position

Supervise Student Ambassadors daily and during large-scale recruitment events Assist in the management of the campus visit experience; including daily tours and information sessions, Open Houses, Admitted Student Days and Preview Days Assist in the management of the Student Ambassador program including the hiring process, training, and program activities Create weekly and semester schedules to cover tours, information sessions and special events Oversee office functions including phone calls, scanning, filing, assigning and emails Work alongside the Executive Director of Recruitment, Director of Events and Sr. Associate Director of Admissions on event planning, logistics and operations Coordinate with other campus offices on the campus visit experience Serve as an advisor to the Senior Student Ambassador Committee Support additional office functions as needed

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree by June 2026
  • Admitted to a graduate program at Quinnipiac University by July 2026
  • Possess knowledge of the many different areas within the Quinnipiac community, regarding both academic and student life
  • Work collaboratively with Student Ambassadors, Administrative and Recruitment Staff
  • Ability to perform office tasks and utilize related technology
  • Must be available to start July 1, 2026, work through July and August and maintain the position through June 2027
  • Be available to work a consistent schedule for 20 hours within an office schedule of Monday through Friday; 8am-5pm
  • Available to work multiple weekend events including Saturday & Sunday Open Houses, Academic Exploration Days, Admitted Student Days events throughout the year
