About The Position

We are a multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering services across the UK within the construction, transportation, highways, and infrastructure sectors. Our business has been built on exceptional people and commitment to service excellence. Our in-depth knowledge of the areas in which we work in, allows us to provide considered advice on development and investment strategies, risk management, procurement strategy and design development. As a business that designs and delivers projects, from office buildings and homes to entire public realms and streetscapes, we understand that reflecting the needs of the communities we serve is key to long-term success - not just for our clients but for those that use and interact with these spaces. We pride ourselves on our culture of supportive growth; providing mentoring opportunities and assisting with both professional and personal development. We know our people are the heart of our success and we really love what we do – we work smarter, together. Our Traffic and Transportation team are based in our London and Bristol offices, specialising in undertaking transport planning studies, and developing traffic and transportation schemes for both public and private sector clients through services including design, transport planning and traffic modelling. In this role you will be providing valuable support to the team by undertaking Transport Statements, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, design work, data analysis, model construction calibration and validation, report writing and scheme assessments. This is a permanent role to be based in our London or Bristol office. We have hybrid working where we aim for around two days per week in the office or on-site as required, and the remainder time working from home. Our full-time hours are 40 hours per week, but we embrace flexibility and welcome applications from those seeking part time work. Being in the earlier stages of your career, you are looking to enter the professional workforce, or you may be a recent post-graduate looking to take your first step into the working environment to put your learning and knowledge into practice. You will enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, and be confident with your communication through strong written, spoken and presentational skills. You will have good numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail, and be capable of effectively prioritising your workload to meet agreed deadlines.
