Flexible work arrangements are available in the College of Pharmacy. The selected candidate is expected to work on campus at the University of Texas at Austin at least one to two days per week. This is a full-time position supported by multiple funding sources. Employment is offered for one year, with the possibility of renewal contingent on continued funding and satisfactory performance. The successful candidate will support the Pharmacy Addictions Research and Medicine (PhARM) Program by leading and coordinating pre-award grant development activities. This position will be responsible for building detailed budgets, drafting budget justifications, coordinating subawards, obtaining vendor quotes, assembling proposal materials, and managing routing and compliance documentation for philanthropic, state, opioid abatement, and federal grant submissions. The Grants & Research Development Manager will work directly with the Principal Investigator to translate high-level directives into complete, compliant, and competitive proposals and will assist with post-award program monitoring and administration. The position will also support contract routing, data use agreements (DUAs), and related pre- and post-award administrative processes. This role is central to scaling the PhARM research enterprise.
