About The Position
The Granulation Technician Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining granulation equipment to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
- Experience with granulation equipment a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch records
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor granulation equipment and related machinery
- Follow batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to specifications
- Inspect materials and finished product to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and minor maintenance
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company compliance guidelines
