Position Overview: Dutch Bros is looking for an individual to join our Creative Marketing team for the summer Emerging Talent Program. This role will assist in the creation of printed, social, web, and app promotional materials, ensuring all promotional materials adhere to the Dutch Bros brand and campaign-specific style guides. For the duration of the program (June 1st - July 31st) housing will be provided, however reliable transportation is needed to and from the program. Additionally, the program is rooted in professional development, full-time employment conversion is not guaranteed.

Requirements

Student currently pursuing an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related study (Graphic Design) within 1 year of graduation or who has recently graduated, required
Strong eye for design
Adaptable
Illustration Skills
Ability to create for multiple applications and technologies
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.

Responsibilities

Support and fulfill all consumer-facing marketing campaign asset needs: Support the Creatrive Team to ensure deadlines are met and creative assets align with the direction provided
Create multiple design solutions for any given campaign brief
Assist Art Director in the ideation, creation, implementation, and maintenance of all consumer-facing marketing materials
Develop engaging, creative, and comprehensive visual content for a wide range of initiatives: Learn and produce original artwork, including but not limited to illustration, photo manipulation, and animation to appear on all company promotional materials, social media platforms, and web/application
Create drafts, prototypes, and final design solutions
Learn and produce innovative designs. Conceptualize and adapt industry trends to fit the company's brand
Ensure continuity and consistent visual branding for all marketing materials and activities, arrangement, style and size, and related aesthetic concepts: Stay current on design, photography, videography, social media, and overall marketing trends
Support and maintain and protect all company trademarks
Assist in the creation and maintenance of all style guides and lookbooks for company identities
Other tasks as assigned
