About The Position

The Graphic Design Marketing Specialist I is an entry-level marketing contributor responsible for producing visual marketing materials in support of CROM’s brand, events, and business development initiatives. This position focuses on design execution and visual consistency, working under direction to apply established brand standards across print and digital assets. The Specialist I supports marketing campaigns and events through accurate, timely, and high-quality graphic design deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to evaluate design hierarchy, aesthetics, and brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, trade show graphics, banners, digital ads, and social media visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Execute designs using provided copy and approved templates; this position does not include copywriting responsibilities.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all design deliverables.
  • Produce visual assets for trade shows and corporate events, including signage, booth graphics, and digital displays.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files in accordance with specifications.
  • Support timely updates and revisions to event materials as needed.
  • Organize and maintain photo, graphic, and template libraries.
  • Ensure files are properly labeled, version-controlled, and archived.
  • Review designs carefully for layout accuracy, alignment, formatting, and brand compliance.
  • Work with marketing team members to interpret design requests and feedback.
  • Support multiple design projects concurrently while meeting established deadlines.
