We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on production-ready artwork for packaging in the beauty, bath, and personal care categories. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of packaging die lines, print production, and specialty finishes such as foil, embossing, UV, and coatings.

Requirements

  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative
  • Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for graphics and fonts.
  • Extensive knowledge of traditional and web-based graphic production techniques.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-5 year’s experience in graphic design; significant relevant experience in Beauty category
  • Expert in Adobe products and Mac computers; highly proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Create and prepare production-ready artwork based on approved designs and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate layout and alignment on packaging die lines.
  • Review and adjust artwork for print specifications, color accuracy, and material compatibility.
  • Ensure shade fills and product colors are accurate, consistent, and reflect wearable, market-appropriate tones.
  • Incorporate packaging finishes and print effects accurately into mechanicals.
  • Ensure all files meet vendor requirements and are ready for press release.
  • Submit final artwork to licensors for approval, track the review process, and follow up on feedback to ensure timely sign-offs.
  • Communicate directly with factories to address any artwork revisions or adjustments noted during the production art or pre-production stage.
  • Maintain organized records of art releases, approvals, and revision histories to support cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary

  • Monitor and evaluate performance of individuals
