About The Position

Serving high quality dine-in, takeout, pick-up, and delivery, Pei Wei is one of

Now seeking a full-time seasoned Graphic Designer to support our marketing
department.

Responsible for aiding in the creation and production of print, digital and
social media assets in a fast-paced environment. Must be entrepreneurial,
detail-oriented and willing to grow. Must be collaborative and manage
deliverables that are aligned with business priorities. This position reports to
the Creative Manager.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign
• Minimum 2-5 years design experience, agency or in-house
• Strong multitasker with organizational and time management skills
• A good eye for aesthetics and an understanding of advanced design principles
• Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, demonstrating the ability to take a project from concept to completion
• Collaborative with excellent work ethic, verbal & written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Premier is a plus, but not required
• Experience in the food/service industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in design initiatives for both digital and print, including but not limited to email design, animations and large-scale print for all brands
• Ensure brand consistency in design output and adhere to brand standards
• Photo editing, touchup and color correction
• Help maintain and organize design files and assets
• Contribute creative ideas during ideation sessions
• Ability to take on new tasks and challenges along with additional general marketing support
