Role Summary/Purpose: Synchrony is on a mission to build a world-class Marketing Organization that delivers exceptional results for our retail and payment partners – while creating unforgettable customer experiences. As part of our Marketing Organization, the Document and Content Management Team owns multiple platforms, drives the creation, updating and maintenance of all digital and printed regulatory-required collateral for private label and bankcard products. We’re looking for a Graphic & Production Artist to serve as the subject matter expert within DCM to own the creation and maintenance of various regulatory-required collateral, design and layout of team materials (SharePoint site, presentation layouts, job aids). Utilizing Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite, this role delivers both printed and digital collateral, collaborates with internal clients, creative agencies, and external vendors. This role also ensures all deliverables comply with brand standards, legal, regulatory, and retention guidelines while proactively addressing challenges and communicating effectively with project managers and leadership. A commitment to continuous improvement is essential, focusing on streamlining processes for greater efficiency, cost savings, and standardization, all while maintaining an exceptional accuracy rate.
