About The Position

As a Guest Ambassador/Greeter at California Hand Wash, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome, creating a positive initial experience. You will be assisting guests with any inquiries and directing them to the appropriate areas or personnel. In addition to greeting customers, you will also handle payment transactions, perform light cleaning duties and ensure an overall positive experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
• Basic computer skills for processing payments and using point-of-sale systems.
• Physical stamina to perform light cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive in the lobby with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, ensuring all guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Ensure the Food & Beverage center remains stocked and ready for customer convenience.
• Continuously monitor restrooms to ensure they are clean, sanitized, and ready after each use.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding services and memberships and direct them to the appropriate personnel as needed.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash register reconciliation and preparation and cleanup of food and beverage center.
• Assist with light cleaning duties as needed to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and guest restrooms.
