About The Position

Overview: Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! Line Cooks will be responsible for g rill Line setup and teardown, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen cleaning and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and c ook f ood to o rder per the s pecification
• Follow s tandard g rill l ine r ecipes
• Operate g rill and f ryers; s autee , broil, and bake per c ook i nstructions
• Setup and t eardown of f ood p reparation w orkspace
• Clean, s anitize, and m aintain k itchen e quipment and w orkspace
• Properly s tore and h andle f ood
• Follow f ood s ervice s afety & s anitation p rotocols across the k itchen
• Comply with c ompany p olicies and p rocedures
