Shift: 5:30 AM-6:00 PM Hourly Rate: $24.10 an hour Must have good math skills for tracking of the different blends Reading comprehension to be able to follow blends Most tasks require bending, lifting and reaching Operation of Hydraflaker requires lifting blocks of frozen meat to chest height on a continual basis Must be able to lift 80lb repetitively. Ability to work in a cool environment of 40 to 50 degrees 8-10 hours a day. Able to receive a walkie license. Assist in other cells as needed. Safety is the #1 responsibility. Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members. Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc. Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead SAP documentation
