That's why we need you, an experienced professional, to support the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) in our customer organization in evaluating and guiding future system architectures that enable activity-based intelligence through automated and accelerated mission delivery to our multi-agency Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD customers using the latest open source tools, trends, and data modeling techniques. The candidate will lead activities to establish data ontologies in support of Data Management Business Functions within the organizational governance structure; including development and staffing of policy documents (e.g. directive and instructions) for CDO signature The candidate will develop and maintain an enterprise data management strategy, data management plan, enterprise data centric execution plan, and other supporting data governance and guidance documents to support IC AI/ML initiatives The candidate will work internally across the customer enterprise to support data-related activities and initiatives to ensure consistency with and achievement of the enterprise data strategy and data centric objectives The candidate will coordinate with CDO and/or ACIO on engagements including planning sessions, weekly team meetings and status updates to senior leadership The candidate will perform evaluation and assessment of how data-related emerging technologies, processes, and data tagging can be leveraged to move towards greater data centricity and meet compliance requirements The candidate will represent customer equities, as a data/data management SME, in external cross enterprise data-related governance and working forums The candidate will facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPT’s), and technical working groups that will promote, review and assess the maturity of engineering artifacts, CONOPS, interfaces, and architecture products in support of system and acquisition-level ground milestones, and integration of new systems and initiatives The candidate will have the aptitude to assess Systems Engineering and CDO data processes and create efficiencies continuously, and may lead projects for systems team work, have frequent client interactions, and support system and mission strategy development across the various ground offices. The candidate will have daily interactions with the customer and supporting contractors and will need to follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the life-cycle. Candidate will interact with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and facilitate risk and action closure with Acquisition Offices and users, and support technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support to recommendation briefings.
