About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds and Maintenance Associate to help maintain cleanliness and appearance of our residential communities. This entry- level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable, and is eager to learn maintenance skills. On-site training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in property maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid Tennessee driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work and job sites
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist with various property upkeep tasks

Nice To Haves

• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds upkeep to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and visually appealing
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout property
• Maintain outdoor spaces through landscaping tasks
• Assist with maintaining curb appeal
• Support maintenance staff with tasks as needed
• Ensure dumpsters, trash bins, and surrounding areas remain clean and organized
