About The Position

The Grounds Keeper’s primary objective is to keep our feed manufacturing facilities functionally and aesthetically sound. This role is important to the success our business due to our facilities being the first thing a customer or guest sees when they arrive. This role requires someone with a positive attitude, and someone who is willing to work outside in all-weather elements.

You are happy to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday, weekends as needed
You will be responsible for sweeping and housekeeping (indoor and outdoor)
You will be accountable for mowing and landscaping
You will be in charge of properly disposing of flush
You will assist in cleaning grain bins
You will be of assistance to the maintenance team (if needed)

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Fundamental to be able to climb ladders and not be afraid of heights
• Must have no fear of confined space
• Willing to work outside in all-weather elements
• You are comfortable lifting 50 lbs. on a consistent basis

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience
• Have 1-2 years’ manufacturing experience
