About The Position

Fairfield Harbour is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a
Grounds Keeper. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment
and be highly focused on providing superior service.

General Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual who can help with
detailed labor, such as weed eating, blowing, material moving and spreading.
These are just some of the regular jobs to be performed. The individual will be
asked to tackle other maintenance needs as well. This individual must have a
positive attitude and be focused on good customer service, as well as the
ability to work with other team members.

Requirements

• One month related experience or training.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming, and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
• Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
