About The Position

Sugarbush Resort is searching for Grounds Maintenance Crew members to maintain and improve the conditions at the Sugarbush Golf Course while meeting the highest agronomic and environmental standards, as to maintain and enhance our position of sound stewards of the land. These positions report to the Golf Course Superintendent. The right candidate will enjoy early morning work hours preparing the course for guests! Full and part-time availability starting May 1st. Hourly pay $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• Must be physically able to do the work of standard golf course maintenance.
• Must have a pleasant and cheerful attitude.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Mowing greens, tees, collars, approaches, and rough areas and mowing at the clubhouse area.
• Bunker maintenance.
• Drainage and irrigation maintenance.
• Weed whacking, trimming with a rotary mower, and other labor-intensive jobs.
• Follow proper golf course etiquette at all times, remembering that the interest of our guests always comes first.
