SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Coordinates the grounds maintenance contracts. Essential Functions (Job Duties) • Supervises grounds maintenance of assigned accounts using proper commercial practices meeting the requirements of the contract. - Repair grounds in spring, rake and dispose of leaves and debris. Fall clean-up of leaves. - Supervise crew of consumers for the purpose of mowing accounts. - Complete all paperwork to include timesheets, grounds logs, vehicle logs. • Maintain an inventory of materials and supplies - Keep record of products used in assigned contracts. • Maintain equipment in proper working order. - Perform or have performed routine maintenance on all mowing equipment. • Disposal of account refuse. - Lawn debris and grass clippings will be disposed of appropriately • Communication. - Communicate to Clean Sweep Manager, either verbally or in writing, information or observations which will impede his/her in completing his/her assignment. • Maintain a safe work environment for janitorial crews - Maintain work area to be in compliance with OSHA and safe practices. Workweek schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional weekend Hours of work: Flexible work Schedule- due to inclement weather or job demands, weekend work may be necessary Hours and schedules may vary depending on Company need and workload. Employees will be given as much advance notice as possible when such changes occur.
