About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for performing outdoor maintenance of the Corporate Headquarters Complex.

Requirements

• Mon-Fri hours between the timeframe of 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Summer employment with the possibility of employment being continued
• Detail oriented
• High School diploma
• Aptitude or inclination for outdoor work
• At least some previous wheeled equipment experience is helpful and desired
• Ability to do heavy lifting and physical labor on a daily basis
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Work well in a team or alone in ALL weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of grounds cleanliness; including sweeping and maintenance around parking lots
• General grounds responsibilities; weeding, trash pick-up, mowing/trimming, washing vehicles, general upkeep of the facilities grounds
• Using facilities vehicles; trucks, tractors, mowers to perform daily tasks
