Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining outdoor areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-kept.
Requirements
- Experience operating mowers, weed eaters, and tractors preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license (if required)
Responsibilities
- Mowing grass using commercial mowers
- Weed eating and edging around buildings, fences, and walkways
- Picking up trash and debris from grounds
- Operating tractors and other landscaping equipment
- Basic maintenance of equipment (fueling, cleaning, routine checks)
- Assisting with additional outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
