About The Position
Road America is seeking a hardworking, motivated individual with a passion for motorsports to join our Grounds Maintenance Team. This seasonal role is essential in ensuring the facility and its grounds are well‑maintained, visually appealing, and ready for guests throughout the season. Responsibilities include property upkeep, building maintenance support, and general grounds care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care, mowing, trimming, and general landscaping.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness across the property.
- Assist with tree trimming and brush removal.
- Maintain and repair barriers, guardrails, and fencing around the track.
- Support painting, cleaning, and other facility upkeep tasks as assigned.
- Follow safety procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
