About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Grounds Technician in Fresno/Clovis, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!

This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of a multi-family apartment community in Fresno, CA! Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:

Enhance our community - You’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
Build rapport with customers - You'll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
Respond to service requests - You’ll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
Notice the details - You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

Requirements

• Excellent Customer Service
• At least 1 year of proven and current work experience
• Reliable and committed to maintaining our community's appearance
• attention to detail
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Punctual and team player
• Available to work M-F 8am-5pm = 40 hours per week
