About The Position

To supervise the groundskeeping staff in the maintenance and upkeep of all grounds including plants, trees, lawn areas, drives and walkways, ponds irrigation systems and all equipment to provide guest safety and satisfaction. POSITION SUMMARY: The Groundskeeper Lead maintains the grounds on Company premises .

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age.
Must qualify to drive company vehicles with clean driving record.
Regularly walks and stands.
Works primarily outdoors.
Operates equipment as needed for essential duties.
Occasionally lifts up to 50lbs.
Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems.
Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

Mows lawns.
Performs maintenance on the walking-trails.
Removes weeds on the grounds.
Trims shrubs as needed.
Waters various types of landscapes.
Removes snow and ice during inclement weather.
Removes debris as needed.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
