We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community nestled in a very quiet area of Las Colinas! Requirements

Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Walking the property grounds and common areas
Picking up trash and debris
Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
