Your Role: Groundskeeper Supervisor / Maintenance Technician As a Groundskeeper Supervisor / Maintenance Technician, you will support the day-to-day maintenance and curb appeal of Terra Vista while assisting with the supervision of groundskeeper staff. This role combines hands-on maintenance work with leadership responsibilities to ensure the community is well maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Requirements
- Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience required
- Strong all-around maintenance skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Some staff supervision or lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising and supporting the groundskeeper/porter team
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs across the community
- Prepare apartment homes for new occupancy, including unit turns
- Maintain apartment homes for current residents
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliance repairs
- Coordinate maintenance work with outside vendors as needed
- Maintain common areas, leasing office, and recreational facilities
- Work closely with the Community Manager and onsite team to support daily operations
- Promote safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal throughout the community
