FVK is recruiting for a compassionate and energetic Full Time Groundskeeper to join our Facility Services Team! This role is responsible for implementing a varied scope of activities and recreation, which covers intellectual, spiritual, physical and cultural stimulation for residents. Starting pay is $17.00 plus years of experience. Friendship Village Kalamazoo strives to provide an extraordinary experience for each person who enters campus, including its team members. Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid Driver's License required
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with lawn care equipment is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assures grounds are well groomed
- Maintains grounds equipment
- Trims and prunes trees, bushes and shrubs
- Responsible for snow removal during winter months
