About The Position

This position handles the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property
grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

As a Grounds Keeper you will be responsible for driving company success through
performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior grounds or landscaping experience a plus
• Experience maintaining and using tools and equipment

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality and/or hotel experience
• Current Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.
• Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness, using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces
• Transport and use of tools, materials, and supplies as required
• Remove trash, remove and reinstall trash dumpsters
• Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces.
• Dig holes, ditches, and trenches.
• Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
