Position Overview Lead the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring agency work aligns with brand strategy, client objectives, and agreed-upon quality, budget, and timeline standards Partner closely with Medical and Creative leadership to provide proactive strategic guidance and drive account growth Maintain strong fiscal oversight, including scope management, staffing alignment, and budget accountability Serve as a trusted client advisor, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the relationship Mentor and develop Account team members through ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured professional development plans Support a high-performance, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability and growth Participate in local (tri-state) client travel as needed
