Responsibilities

Work closely with clients and the hotel sales team to establish and oversee group room blocks.
Create reservation booking links and manage call-in reservations for group blocks.
Set up accurate billing for group reservations.
Generate reservation reports for clients and hotel sales team
Assist hotel operations team in blocking rooms for guest arrivals.
