About the role: Towards our long-lasting ambition to develop client-centric strategies, CHANEL is looking for our new Group Director, Client Data Product Owner, to join our data team in the Digital and CX department, based in New York City. The creation of this new position within CHANEL US follows our strategic direction to accelerate the usage of our client data platforms (mainly but not only relying on Salesforce Data Cloud) for our 3 divisions: Fragrance and Beauty, Fashion, and Watches & Fine Jewelry. This Group Director, Client Data Product Owner position, in strong partnership with CHANEL Tech, will play a pivotal role in maximizing the usage of our client data platform for the client intelligence and marketing teams, steering the spending of our corporate budget and resources allocations, attending and representing our 3 divisions on data corporate governance meetings to ensure that all global and regional initiatives are fitting our US division’s needs. This role is at the intersection of Tech and our 3 divisions. Our ideal Client Data Product Owner candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex client or data product ownership & project management with a passion for navigating a matrix organization where leadership by influence is a key success factor.
