Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Instructor certification or the desire to obtain certification-we will train you for certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction; provides adaptations based on individual needs.
• Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests.
• Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment.
• Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members.
• Works well independently and on a team.
• Ensures the safety of all members and guests.
• Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible.
• Teaching is available in all 3 locations.
