The Group Home Nurse Coordinator (RN) works 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with flexibility required and ensures the provision of all health services for program participants and monitors the implementation of physicians' and dentists' orders to maintain their health and well-being, in keeping with the Oak Hill’s mission. Minimum Requirements: Current Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), although an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be acceptable with sufficient experience. Current Connecticut driver’s license At least 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in community health, long-term care, or a group home setting. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health conditions.
