Duties Include: Directing daily activities of inventory control to achieve maximum efficiency Complete training and assisting employees with daily duties Effectively communicating daily goals Basic problem solving of system and department issues Train new employees Conduct quality audits when needed Maintain partnership with operations and 3rd party contractors to promote productivity Additional responsibilities as needed by Manager/ Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements: Communicate with various personality types and all levels of the organization Ability to multitask in fast paced environment Ability to use radio frequency (RF) unit; when/ if applicable Able to perform or learn to perform same job functions as associates within assigned department License to operate power equipment (All Hi Lo’s) Ability to work overtime and/or flexible hours as needed Good organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good reasoning and decision making skills Understanding of distribution center operations Our people fuel our future. Requirements
