Your role at Delta Faucet: Are you excited to join a leadership team with a fast-paced omnichannel distribution center that thrives with teamwork and growth? As a Group Leader at Delta Faucet Company, you will provide outstanding leadership to achieve exceptional results in a positive, people-first manner, including coaching, and developing leaders and staff. You will be responsible for all operational activities in the Distribution Center on your respective 12-hour shift, while building and driving successful strategies to get results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. This role requires continuously looking for ways to improve the CDC and encourage and mentor your team to drive improvements every day.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution/fulfillment environment.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven success inspiring, motivating, and leading large teams.
  • Strong background as an agent for change, using data and breakthrough thinking to create winning strategies.
  • Strong background as a constant coach for subordinate leaders and team members
  • Demonstrated ability to complete with urgency and drive business results.
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, inclusiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and self-reliance.
  • Digital literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for shift leadership of a group of roughly 100 fulfillment team members and 3-6 team leaders (supervisors).
  • Management functions include performing short to mid-term planning for budget management, project coordination, leading improvement activities, and supporting team leaders’ execution of day-to-day operational processes.
  • This position will coordinate and/or participate in safety, quality, delivery and cost improvement projects.
  • Other areas of responsibility include development of team leaders, support of new customer initiatives, development of standardized work procedures, and finding innovative solutions.
  • Works with cross functional teams within the site and organization to meet goals and objectives.
  • Provide outstanding people leadership and facilitate employee engagement.
  • Lead and promote a dedicated approach to ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Participate in the selection, training, and ongoing professional development of Team Leaders
  • Promote a culture of 5S and Continuous Improvement
  • Apply data analysis and structured problem-solving tools.
  • Plan and coordinate daily and short-to-mid-term staffing for the shift to ensure achievement of delivery and cost goals.
  • Plan and prioritize departmental activities.
  • Collaborate with internal suppliers and customers to drive overall site success.
  • Plan and participate in long-term business development plans to support future growth and operational excellence.
  • Responsible for Team Member payroll records, vacation time, and absenteeism.
  • Other duties as assigned
