About The Position

Primary Responsibility: This position is responsible for assisting full time Account Executives, executing group events within the park, providing quality guest service, managing high volume of incoming phone calls, and taking small group orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handle inbound phone calls; answering questions about the group sales rates and overall property information. Responsible for group ticket orders, credit card processing, ticket details, etc. Processing, organizing and compiling group ticket orders for shipment or delivery. Assist with set up and execution of company outings and events, including facilitating games, viewing menu accuracy, and ensuring overall success of event. Maintain database of event details, menus, and extras. Assist Guest Relations staff with ticket “pick-ups” and answer Group Sales-related questions. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Sales and Marketing office area. Assist Account Executives and Director of Sales with other assigned office tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Positive upbeat attitude towards selling
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be extremely organized and detail- oriented
  • Must demonstrate outgoing personality and professional appearance
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows with primary focus to Word and Excel
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Seasonal full time or part time available.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be willing to work outside
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates pursuing Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or Sales degrees preferred but not mandatory.
