About The Position

WSCAD builds electrical engineering software (CAD) used by machine builders worldwide. Our platform is the only AI-driven electrical engineering system. To accelerate our growth in the U.S., we are hiring a Growth & Demand Generation Manager. Your mission is simple: create a repeatable lead generation machine, build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team. This role is not about brand campaigns or marketing creativity for its own sake. It is about measurable growth through data-driven marketing.

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing
  • experience generating pipeline for SaaS or technical products
  • strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing data
  • experience managing paid acquisition channels
  • experience building dashboards and campaign performance reports
  • familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • measures everything, runs structured experiments, and makes decisions based on data

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation You are responsible for building a measurable lead generation engine. Your success metric is qualified pipeline created, not impressions or clicks. Examples: LinkedIn campaigns targeting electrical engineering decision makers Google Ads targeting electrical engineering software searches industry newsletter sponsorships retargeting funnels email lead nurturing campaigns
  • Funnel Optimization You will continuously improve the funnel: traffic → leads → MQL → sales opportunities. This includes: conversion optimization of landing pages A/B testing of messaging and offers campaign ROI analysis improving cost per lead and cost per opportunity
  • Marketing Analytics Every activity must be measurable. You will: build dashboards for campaign performance track CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution identify which channels produce real opportunities shut down underperforming campaigns quickly
  • Marketing Systems You will manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, including tools such as: HubSpot CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar marketing automation workflows lead scoring and lead routing Clean data and measurable funnels are critical.
