About The Position

PROGRAM DETAILS Duration: 12 weeks (with potential to extend or convert to full-time) Schedule: Full-time, in-office (Los Angeles, CA) Compensation: $25/hour OBJECTIVES Learn the fundamentals of UA campaign management and ad monetization Learn to pull and interpret performance data — CPI, ROAS, ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rates, retention Study our existing LTV models and understand how UA and in-game revenue connect. Help monitor and QA live UA campaigns, flagging performance anomalies Assist with ad monetization tasks such as waterfall adjustments, A/B test setup, and network reporting Build and maintain daily/weekly performance reports and dashboards Research new ad networks, UA channels, and competitor strategies

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Genuine interest in mobile gaming and the free-to-play business model
  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Active mobile gamer with an understanding of F2P monetization (ads, IAP, battle passes, etc.)
  • Great attention to details, please mention "beauty is in the details" in your cover letter or application
  • Currently pursuing or have obtained Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing or analytics
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or any data analysis tool
  • Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
  • Prolonged period of time sitting at a desk and computer

Responsibilities
