We’re hiring a Growth Lead to own and scale Juicebox’s organic and product-led growth engine. A significant portion of Juicebox revenue already comes from our self-serve product motion. This role will focus on growing that channel through product experiments, lifecycle marketing, and user-driven growth loops. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to design experiments, launch initiatives, and drive measurable growth. Your ultimate goal will be to increase revenue from self-serve customers, and you will own that metric.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company (4+ preferred)
  • Experience with product-led growth or growth experimentation
  • Comfort working with product and user data
  • Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them)
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to run experiments end-to-end
  • High EQ and ability to collaborate across teams to ship initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Own Juicebox’s self-serve revenue growth
  • Drive organic and product-led growth initiatives
  • Increase user invitations and product-driven adoption
  • Improve onboarding, activation, and referral flows
  • Run experiments to improve self-serve acquisition, retention, and reactivation
  • Launch lifecycle campaigns across email, product messaging, and promotions
  • Analyze product usage and growth metrics to identify opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to ship growth experiments
