About The Position

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic. You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible. About the role Netic serves the most essential businesses in America, and they compete in highly competitive markets. We are looking for a creative growth generalist that spikes on paid ads to join the team and work on special growth projects to level up both Netic and our customers’ growth engines. You will get to know some of the largest essential service brands in the country and work on upleveling how they think about their own growth as well as how we market to them. This is a perfect role for a growth expert that wants to put their skills to use helping every day American businesses while interacting with some of the best entrepreneurs in the country.

Requirements

  • Meta and SEM expert. You have experience successfully running Meta and SEM at large budgets, ideally for a consumer-facing product
  • Experience in external / leadership facing roles that require clear, concise communication and executive presence
  • Experience using AI to build hacky solutions and level up the effectiveness of your growth
  • Experience in non-paid ad related growth, ideally with examples of having moved the needle on your metrics
  • Relentless operational excellence. Great ideas only matter when the execution is flawless. You sweat the details, run tight processes, and ensure every event delivers an incredible experience.
  • Hustle and grit. You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of new problems, and iterate quickly until you land what works.
  • Exceptional cross-functional skills. You build strong partnerships with sales, product, and external partners to build systems that are aligned, high leverage, and easy to execute against.
  • High-ownership leader. You set the standard, lead from the front, and take full accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deep dive how the Netic product works today for our customers to identify areas for opportunity
  • Learn everything about running marketing at an essential service business and what truly moves the needle on lead gen
  • Jump in midstream with customers and find ways to help their marketing using Netic’s product
  • Inform the future set of products that we build to support our customers
