While this role is headquartered at Highbar, you will lead the digital growth strategy across our entire family of brands, including: - Joint Ventures Physical Therapy ( jointventurespt.com ) - Peak Therapy ( peaktherapy.com ) - Physical Therapy U ( ptuclinic.com ) The Role: We are looking for a Growth Manager with deep digital growth experience and a specialization in enterprise social media strategy. This isn’t a role for a "poster"- it’s for a strategist who understands how to build a content engine that creates lasting attention and trust. We have spent the last year rebuilding our digital foundation, moving to a modern CMS and performance-driven content systems to ensure our growth can scale. Now, we need a leader to own the strategy and execution. You will be responsible for shifting our acquisition model from "renting attention" on job boards to "building attention" through community and storytelling. This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership and a clear path to leadership as we scale.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–7+ years in Digital Growth, Enterprise Social Media, or Content Marketing.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep experience with Enterprise Social Analytics , CMS platforms , and Data Visualization tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, or Tableau).
  • Strategy First: You understand how to connect "awareness" content to "conversion" funnels.
  • Creative Skills: Proven ability to produce and edit social-first video content and simple graphic design.
  • The "Highbar" Mindset: A passion for the physical therapy profession and a desire to help clinicians thrive in their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Growth & Social Strategy - Enterprise Social Leadership: Drive the organic growth strategy across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Reddit.
  • For PTs, By PTs: Develop a content ecosystem that speaks authentically to the clinician experience, positioning our brands as the premier destination for career development.
  • Executive Presence: Partner with our leadership team to amplify their voices, turning them into industry thought leaders who attract top-tier talent.
  • Content Systems & Funnel Architecture - Full-Funnel Content: Create and manage a content calendar that moves potential candidates from initial discovery to active applicants.
  • CMS Management: Support the optimization of our /careers and /students pathways across all portfolio websites to ensure a seamless, high-converting user experience.
  • Community Cultivation: Engage deeply in digital PT communities, acting as a peer and advocate rather than a corporate voice.
  • Data Visualization & Analytics - Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards to track growth, engagement, and recruitment velocity.
  • Performance Insight: Use enterprise social analytics and web data to report on ROI, providing the CGO with actionable insights to lower cost-per-applicant and increase applicant volume.
  • Attribution: Define how social content contributes to our broader growth goals, ensuring every initiative is measurable.
  • Creative Operations & Agency Management - Scrappy Execution: Independently shoot and edit high-quality video content and design rapid assets when needed.
  • Agency Orchestration: Manage workflows with our design and development partners, ensuring high-velocity output and brand consistency across the portfolio.
  • Self-Directed Mastery: Project manage your own work, timelines, and priorities. You are the CEO of your own domain.
