We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to support our content, community, and program marketing initiatives at HG Institute. They will take ownership of key marketing and engagement activities across content creation, social media, community management, email campaigns, and outreach, with a focus on growing awareness and engagement for our continuing education (CE) and certification programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Communications, or similar field
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with experience producing long-form content (blogs, white papers, thought leadership) and short-form marketing copy.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO / AEO best practices, keyword research, and performance-driven content strategy.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan long-term while executing day-to-day initiatives
  • Strong writer and communicator, able to adapt tone and style across channels
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects independently
  • Confident working across both B2C (via industry partnerships) and B2B contexts
  • Social media savvy and community-minded

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with continuing education courses or educational platforms
  • Experience growing and engaging communities on social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), with comfort analyzing performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platform
  • Experience running paid ads and advertising campaigns
  • Strong interest in mental health, digital trends, or emerging technologies like AI.

Responsibilities

  • Produce thought leadership and SEO-driven content, including blogs, white papers, and lead capture materials that align with best practices and industry trends.
  • Plan, draft, and send email communications for new cohorts, CE programs, community newsletters and general updates.
  • Build and engage community across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social channels. Track analytics and provide recommendations to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Pilot new ways to engage with the community, including webinars, live events, or other creative initiatives.
  • Support outreach and partnerships, including conferences, schools, and organizations, handling intake and follow-up as needed.
  • Manage contacts in the CRM, segment audiences, and implement targeted messaging.
  • Research, synthesize, and translate insights into content, campaigns, and marketing strategy.
  • Execute projects with strong organizational skills, maintaining timelines and alignment with long-term marketing goals.
  • Shape and optimize the organization’s online presence, using insights from the community to improve website content, design, and overall user experience.
  • Identify opportunities and propose strategies to expand the organization’s reach and impact, including but not limited to: exploring new channels, advertising, partnerships, speakerships and other new initiatives.
