About The Position

As the Growth Marketing Associate, Referrals & Advocacy at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will support the development and execution of programs that encourage customers and ecosystem partners to promote Fanatics Sportsbook organically. You will help build and scale sharing initiatives designed to drive brand awareness, new customer growth, and ecosystem engagement. This role focuses on expanding beyond traditional referral mechanics into broader advocacy programs, gamified sharing experiences, and incentive-driven amplification. You will work closely with Growth, Product, CRM, and Creative teams to bring new initiatives to market and optimize performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about growth strategy, behavioral incentives, and building scalable acquisition loops.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or strategy.
  • Strong curiosity about behavioral economics, incentives, and viral growth mechanics.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working in Excel, SQL, or BI tools preferred.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support incentivized sharing initiatives Assist in launching and optimizing campaigns that reward customers for sharing, promoting, or engaging with Fanatics Sportsbook across channels.
  • Analyze advocacy performance Track KPIs such as share rate, amplification rate, new customer acquisition, engagement lift, and program ROI.
  • Optimize messaging and placements Partner with CRM and Creative to test positioning, CTAs, and reward framing to improve participation and effectiveness.
  • Identify new growth opportunities Research and propose new advocacy concepts, gamified sharing mechanics, or ecosystem-driven growth levers.
  • Support incentive testing & measurement Help structure experiments to evaluate different reward types, thresholds, and mechanics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally Work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure programs are scalable and compliant across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain operational excellence Support campaign QA, tracking validation, reporting accuracy, and ongoing optimization efforts.
