Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing within FinTech or B2B SaaS environments
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams and mentoring high-performing professionals
  • Proven success in scaling organizations through various revenue milestones
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, particularly SEO and paid acquisition
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience with modern marketing tools and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Demand Gen team, ensuring strong execution across performance marketing and digital channels
  • Own paid acquisition strategy, optimizing channels such as search, display, and social media
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on target customer segments and pipeline goals
  • Drive self-serve acquisition initiatives while partnering with Product to improve user activation and monetization
  • Define and track growth KPIs across the entire acquisition funnel
  • Enhance website and digital presence through technical SEO and content optimization
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product and brand marketing strategy
